Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and AllTeamz, LLC ("AllTeamz," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our Baseball Bound and Softball Bound apps for iOS and Android and our websites at allteamz.com, baseballbound.com, and softballbound.com (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

Our apps are built for high school and college-age athletes and their families. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

To use most app features you create an account, either with an email and password or through Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial recruiting use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the apps, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Our apps offer free features and optional paid subscriptions ("Pro" and related plans) that unlock additional features.

  • Auto-renewal. Paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Unless you cancel, the subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period, and your account is charged the applicable renewal price.
  • Managing and canceling. You manage, cancel, or turn off auto-renewal through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — not through us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
  • Free trials and introductory offers, if any, convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  • Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change over time. We will present a material price change before it applies to you as required by the App Store or Google Play.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We generally cannot issue refunds directly for App Store or Google Play purchases.

5. AI Features

Our apps include AI-powered features, including the in-app recruiting coach chat and recruiting-email drafting. You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses and drafts are provided to assist you and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are not professional, legal, academic, or recruiting advice.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before you send it to a coach, school, or anyone else. You send emails from your own email account, not from us.
  • We do not guarantee any recruiting result, response from a coach, roster spot, scholarship, or admission outcome.
  • Content you submit to AI features is processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not include information you do not want sent to a third-party AI provider.

6. Coach and School Information

The Services present college program, roster, and coach contact information compiled from public and third-party sources. This information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and can change without notice. We provide it "as is" for your personal recruiting research and do not warrant its accuracy. AllTeamz, Baseball Bound, and Softball Bound are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, any conference, or any college, university, or coach. Use good judgment and follow all applicable recruiting rules and contact guidelines.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

  • use them for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable recruiting rules or regulations;
  • harass, spam, impersonate, or misrepresent yourself to coaches, schools, or other people;
  • upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' accounts, or our systems;
  • interfere with, disrupt, scrape, or place unreasonable load on the Services or our infrastructure; or
  • circumvent, disable, or defeat usage limits, security features, or subscription entitlements.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of the profile information, notes, messages, and other content you create in the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Services to you and, where you direct it, to generate recruiting emails and AI responses. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the "AllTeamz," "Baseball Bound," and "Softball Bound" names, are owned by AllTeamz, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, these Terms do not transfer any right, title, or interest in the Services to you.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers — including Google Firebase, RevenueCat, the Apple App Store, Google Play, and AI providers reached through OpenRouter — each of which has its own terms and privacy practices. Your use of those services through ours is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IN THEM IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLTEAMZ, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, RECRUITING OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllTeamz, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the apps. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

15. Apple App Store and Google Play

If you download an app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and AllTeamz, LLC only, and not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the apps or their content and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for them. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list, and you agree to comply with the applicable App Store or Google Play terms of service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not subject to binding arbitration or a small-claims proceeding will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
